Please make sure that you answer the following questions to the best of your ability.  Your Trial By Declaration Form(TR-205) will be prepared based on the information that you provide to us. Upon completion of the Sign Up form and payment, an email confirmation will be sent to you.  The finished paperwork will be sent to you by email within 4 business days, or sooner if the one or two day Rush Option is selected.

It is your responsibility to submit the prepared Trial By Declaration Form(TR-205) and the bail payment(equal to the fine amount) to the Court in a timely manner.

If your court is San Mateo Courthouse — Northern Branch, at 1050 Mission Road. South San Francisco, CA 94080, our refund policy will not apply since this court does not allow Trial De Novo(new trial) if you end up losing in the trial by declaration step.  You will not be eligible for our refund since if you end up losing your trial by declaration, you will not be able to request the new trial.
