I received a ticket from the California Highway Patrol in October of 2018 for breaking the double lines of the HOV lane on the freeway. After researching a few different options to fight the ticket, I came across Ticket Ninja and figured it was my best option. Now, there is no guarantee that you will win and Ticket Ninja is very honest in letting you know that. If you don’t win the case by trial by declaration, you are allowed a second chance by showing up to court yourself and making your case in person, if again you are found guilty, then Ticket Ninja will refund you the 99 dollars that Ticket Ninja charged you…I think the best option to fighting a ticket is using Ticket Ninja and submitting a Trial by Declaration because if you don’t win, you have a second chance in person to fight it. Ticket Ninja was AWESOME, they were very honest about my chances of winning and they responded quickly to all my questions AND they helped me fight the law and WIN! I highly recommend them!!! Like many, I felt really unsettled with the officer’s decision to issue me a citation for a rolling stop just down the street from my house. I was asked if I had any prior violations, I mentioned only a fix-it ticket for my tints which was *visibly* removed. He looks at me completely stunted and says “WOW, for tinted windows? I used Ticket Ninja for a 21460.5(c) violation (driving in a turn lane for over 200 feet) and I was unsure how well it would work as the cop who pulled me over seemed sure I had been there for over 200 feet, even though I was quite sure I had not. Even when my Trial by Declaration letter arrived, I was worried because it excluded some of the details of my situation (cop pulled me over from in front of me, not behind).
